The Earthworks DK3 Drum Kit System gives you everything you need to mic a drum kit using a classic 3-mic setup. You get two SR25 cardioid condenser mics for overheads, and one specially engineered SR20LS (low sensitivity) condenser mic for bass drum. The kit includes clips and pouches for each mic.
All three microphones boast an impressive impulse response that will capture all the impact and detail of the attack.
Their fast diaphragm settling time will reproduce low-level detail to provide the full expressiveness of a drummer’s performance, while the mic handles up to 145dB SPL, virtually eliminating overload distortion.
