The Midas DN32-MADI expansion card brings more I/O options to the M32 by instantly enabling it for MADI networking. DN32-MADI provides optical duplex SC-plugs (IEC874-19) to connect with fiber-optic MADI devices, with multimode fiber-optic cable lengths of up to 1.24 miles (2 km) supported.

Dual BNC terminals are also provided for transmission via standard 75-ohm coaxial cable of up to 328′ (100 m) in length. The BNC and fiber-optic connectivity can also be used simultaneously, creating a reliable redundancy network with fiber-optic installations. The DN32-MADI card is ideal for integrating the M32 into current installations using the MADI protocol.
